On a quest with Audi Paint Shop
How to use questions to shape the future
In the fall of 2022, the head of the paint shop at AUDI AG, Carsten Mohr decided to turn a popular leadership motto upside down. Instead of “Don’t bring me problems, bring me solutions”, he invited his leadership team and a group of 270 employees to share their questions about the future.
Together with his executive coach, Stefan Daniel, Mohr designed a 7 step strategy process to ensure that everyone took part in defining, discussing and dealing with the most important issues facing the company.
In this session, Mohr and Daniel get together with Dr. Pia Lauritzen to share their learnings from using questions rather than answers to shape the future - including how they used the Qvest platform to collect and analyze large amounts of Q&A data.
The session will give you unique insight into:
Why traditional companies need untraditional methods to create impact
New data-driven ways of co-creating to prepare for the future
Concrete examples of how to use questions to ensure relevance and evidence in large transformations
